The security of knowing there is always someone there to help can be very reassuring and adds peace of mind to residents and their family. Entrances are always locked and we have security personnel 24 hours a day. Each apartment has two emergency pull cords and residents may carry an emergency pendant pager for added security. We also routinely check on individuals unusually absent from meals or appointments.
